ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE DEVICE FOR THE OPTICAL SCANNING OF A DATA MEDIUM The invention relates to a device for scanning a track carried by a medium or support, which can be optically recorded or read by focused radiation. It relates to a reading head having a reduced weight and which comprises a reading objective, an electrodynamic motor and objective-guiding means. The device is remarkable in that the objective is placed in the extension of the moving coil, so that the weight of the magnet can be considerably reduced. The invention is more particularly intended for use in the informatics field for the scanning of data stored on a support disk. FIGURE 2. -9-
