The invention relates to a device for the production of core assemblies, particularly of use for the casting of engine blocks and cylinder heads, comprising a shooting station, in which individual cores are shot and a withdrawal station (1), in which the shot cores are withdrawn and transferred to an assembly line (2), for assembling, whereby differing cores may be produced with differing tools (3). The invention is characterised in that the assembly line (2) comprises manipulators (4, 5, 6), for withdrawing the cores from the opened tool (3), for manipulating and/or treating the cores and finally for assembly and transport away of the core assemblies.

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant la fabrication d'assemblages de noyaux servant, en particulier, à la coulée de blocs-moteurs et de culasses, lequel dispositif comprend une station de tir, dans laquelle des noyaux individuels sont tirés, et une station de prélèvement (1), dans laquelle les noyaux tirés sont prélevés et transférés à une chaîne de montage (2) pour l'assemblage, des noyaux différents pouvant être fabriqués au moyen d'outils différents (3). Ladite invention se caractérise en ce que des manipulateurs (4, 5, 6) sont associés à la chaîne de montage (2), lesquels manipulateurs servent à prélever le noyau de l'outil ouvert (3), à la manipulation et/ou au traitement des noyaux puis au montage et au transport de l'assemblage de noyaux.
