The invention relates to a device for producing corrugated pipes made of thermoplastic synthetic material, wherein supplementary moulding jaws (10) are guided in a circuit in pairs along a common moulding segment (1) which is adjacent to the injection head, are driven apart from each other on the end of the moulding segment (1) and are guided back to the beginning thereof separately from each other. Said device comprises a moulding segment device which is used to displace the moulding jaws along the moulding segment (1), said moulding segment device comprising a machine table (19) provided with drive means (20) for the moulding jaws (10) on the moulding segment (1), and a return device for returning the moulding jaws (10) from the end of the moulding segment (1) to the beginning thereof. Said return device also comprises an outlet component (2) which is used to separate the moulding jaws (10) on the end of the moulding segment (1) and/or an inlet component (3) which is used to bring together the moulding jaws (10) at the beginning of the moulding segment (1). According to the invention, the outlet component (2) and/or the inlet component (3) comprise drive means which can be moved in a perpendicular manner in relation to the plane of the machine table. The invention also relates to a moulding jaw for producing pipes.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour réaliser des tubes ondulés en matière thermoplastique, dans lequel des moitiés de moule (10) qui se complètent par paires, sont guidées communément dans un circuit le long d'une trajectoire de moule (1) située dans le prolongement d'une tête d'injection, se séparent à l'extrémité de la trajectoire de moule (1) et sont ramenées séparément au début de ladite trajectoire. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend : un système de trajectoire de moule qui sert à mettre en mouvement les moitiés de moule le long de la trajectoire de moule (1) qui présente une table de machine (19) avec des éléments d'entraînement (20) destinés aux moitiés de moule (10) sur la trajectoire de moule (1) ; et un système de renvoi qui sert à renvoyer les moitiés de moule (10) de l'extrémité de la trajectoire de moule (1) à son début, et qui présente un groupe de sortie (2) destiné à séparer les moitiés de moule (10) à l'extrémité de la trajectoire de moule (1), et/ou un groupe d'entrée (3) qui sert à faire entrer les moitiés de moule (10) au début de la trajectoire de moule (1). Selon l'invention, le groupe de sortie (3) et/ou le groupe d'entrée (3) présente des éléments d'entraînement qui peuvent être se déplacer perpendiculairement au plan de la table de machine (19).
