ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus for the production of ozone employing three parallel spaced plate shaped electrodes having electrically conductive surfaces and joining the ends thereof electrically non-conductive members. A pulsating voltage is applied to the outer plates causing ions to collect along the non-conductive members and a corona to form. An oxygen bearing gas stream passes through the chamber and ozone forms therein.
