A DEVICE FOR THE RECOVERY OF A CLOCK SIGNAL FROM A BINARY SIGNAL Abstract of the Disclosure The device for controlling a local clock signal H both in frequency and in phase by means of a binary signal S comprises logical means for delivering two signals S1 and S3 representing respectively the sign of the phase difference and the sign of the frequency difference between the signals H and S. The signal H is generated by a voltage-controlled oscillator circuit, the control voltage of which is generated by a tuning control circuit as a function of the signal S1 when the frequency of the signal H is close in value to the desired frequency and as a function of the signal S3 when this is not the case. - 1 -
