The invention relates to a device (1) for the transdermal administration of active ingredients. Said device comprises a rear layer (2) and a reservoir that contains an active ingredient and is connected to said rear layer. Said device is characterised in that the surface that is in contact with the skin comprises a plurality of micro-protrusions (4), which are designed to penetrate the skin (7) and are equipped with structures (5) that hamper the withdrawal of the protrusions from the skin.

Dispositif (1) d'administration transdermique de substances actives, qui comporte une couche arrière (2) et un réservoir contenant une substance active relié à la couche arrière. Ledit dispositif est caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact avec la peau dudit dispositif possède une pluralité de microprotubérances (4) qui sont destinées à être introduites dans la peau (7) et qui sont pourvues de structures (5) rendant plus difficile l'extraction desdites protubérances hors de la peau.
