The invention concerns a device for transdermal administration of medicine by iontherapy comprising a set (A) including at least en electrode mounted on a reservoir (37) loaded with said medicine and a counter-electrode, an electronic circuit and a cell (35), said electronic circuit enabling to produce a therapeutic electric current from the power supplied by said cell, said current passing, between said electrodes, through said reservoir and a patient's skin (41) applied thereon, and said electronic circuit comprising means for matching a time programme for administering the medicine with said cell discharge curve in course of time, from said cell full charge state to a near-depleted state. The invention is applicable to disposable transdermal administration devices.
Ce dispositif d'administration transdermique de médicament par ionophorèse comprend un ensemble (A) incluant au moins une électrode accolée à un réservoir (37) chargé dudit médicament et une contre-électrode, un circuit électronique et une pile électrique (35), ledit circuit électronique permettant de produire un courant électrique thérapeutique à partir de l'énergie fournie par ladite pile, ledit courant traversant, entre lesdites deux électrodes, ledit réservoir et la peau (41) d'un patient appliquée contre celui-ci, et ledit circuit électronique comprenant des moyens pour conformer un programme temporel d'administration du médicament à la courbe de décharge dans le temps de ladite pile, depuis un état de pleine charge de ladite pile jusqu'à un état proche de l'épuisement. Application aux dispositifs d'administration transdermique jetables.
