The invention relates to a device (1) for transferring a material in the form of a film applied on a carrier strip (8) to a substrate such as a sheet of writing or drawing paper, comprising a supply reel (7) for the film-coated carrier strip (8) and an empty reel (9) for receiving the de-coated carrier strip, wherein the coated carrier strip (8) is guided through an applicator base (4) and through deflector rollers (11) inside the casing (2). Said device is easy to use and prevents excessive wear and tear of the carrier strip. This is achieved in that the effective working edge (3) of the applicator base (4) is inclined at an angle ranging between 40~ and 50~ in relation to the axis of the reels (5, 6).

Dispositif (1) permettant de déposer sur un substrat tel qu'une feuille d'écriture ou de dessin, une matière sous forme de film placée sur une bande de support (8), à l'aide d'une bobine d'alimentation (7) pour la bande de support (8) couverte du film et d'une bobine vide (9) destinée à recevoir la bande de support exempte de film. La bande de support (8) couverte du film passe sur un élément (4) d'application, puis à l'intérieur du boîtier (2) sur des rouleaux de déviation (11). Ledit dispositif est ainsi conçu qu'il est particulièrement facile à manier et qu'il évite une sollicitation exagérée de la bande de support. Ce résultat est obtenu par le fait que l'arête efficace (3) d'application de d'élément (4) d'application est inclinée à un angle de 40· à 50· par rapport aux axes (5, 6) des bobines.
