The device for individually transferring flat objects from an entry conveyor (2) on which said objects travel in series edge-on in a first direction (A), into buckets (6) of an exit conveyor (5), comprises an intermediate conveyor (7) arranged in the continuation of the entry conveyor above the exit conveyor and equipped with receptacles (9) which, over at least part of their path, can move in a second direction (B) perpendicular to said first direction, each flat object leaving the entry conveyor being injected edge-on into a receptacle of the intermediate conveyor which comes up to face the exit of the entry conveyor so as to be transferred edge-on into a bucket of the exit conveyor. It further comprises an injection system (14) comprising elastically deformable wheels (15) at the exit end of the entry conveyor and designed to accelerate and then retard the movement of each flat object in said first direction before injecting it into a receptacle of the intermediate conveyor.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de transférer individuellement des objets plats depuis un convoyeur d'entrée (2) sur lequel ces objets circulent consécutivement de chant dans un premier sens (A) jusque dans des compartiments (6) d'un convoyeur de sortie (5). En l'occurrence, ce dispositif comporte un convoyeur intermédiaire (7) venant dans le prolongement du convoyeur d'entrée au-dessus du convoyeur de sortie et comportant des réceptacles (9). Ces derniers peuvent, sur au moins une partie de leur trajet, se déplacer dans un second sens (B) perpendiculaire audit premier sens. Chaque objet plat quittant le convoyeur d'entrée est alors injecté de chant dans un réceptacle du convoyeur intermédiaire qui vient faire face à la sortie du convoyeur d'entrée de façon à permettre un transfert de chant aboutissant dans un compartiment du convoyeur de sortie. Le dispositif comporte en outre un système d'injection (14) pourvu de roues élastiquement déformables (15) en sortie du convoyeur d'entrée et conçues pour accélérer puis ralentir le mouvement de chaque objet plat dans ledit sens avant de l'injecter dans un réceptacle du convoyeur intermédiaire.
