The invention concerns a device for transforming materials, in particular composites, comprising: two mutually mobile mold casings (10, 20), electrically conductive and including a molding zone (12, 22) designed to be in contact with the material to be transformed, and inductive means (30) for generating a magnetic field, the surfaces of one of the mold casings (10, 30) located opposite the inductive means, except the molding zones (12, 22), being coated with a shielding coat (14, 24) of non-magnetic material preventing the magnetic field from penetrating into the mold casings (10, 20), the mold casings being electrically insulated relative to each other so that their opposite surfaces delimit an air gap wherein flows the magnetic field inducing currents at the surface of the molding zones (12, 22), thereby localizing the heating at the molding zone/material interface.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transformation de matériaux, notamment composites, comprenant : - deux corps de moules (10, 20) mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre, électriquement conducteur et comportant une zone moulante (12, 22) destinée à être en contact avec le matériau à transformer, et des moyens inducteurs (30) pour générer un champ magnétique, - les faces d'un des corps de moule (10, 20) situées en regard des moyens inducteurs, à l'exception des zones moulantes (12, 22), étant recouvertes d'une couche de blindage (14, 24) d' un matériau amagnétique empêchant la pénétration du champ magnétique dans les corps de moule (10, 20) , les corps de moule étant électriquement isolés l'un par rapport à l'autre afin que leurs faces en regard délimitent un entrefer dans lequel circule le champ magnétique induisant des courants à la surface des zones moulantes (12, 22)), localisant ainsi le chauffage à l'interface zone moulante/matériau.
