The invention relates to a device for transporting and shaking blanks (3), especially stone blanks, carried on pallets (1, 2) or such supporting bodies, said device comprising a shaking station (R) provided with a shaking table (18), a supply conveyor arranged upstream of the shaking station (R) in the direction (T) of transport of the blanks, and a discharge conveyor (A) arranged downstream of the shaking station (R) in the direction (T) of transport of the blanks (3). The supply conveyor (Z) and the discharge conveyor (A) each have a liftable and lowerable transport frame (7) that can be translated back and forth by means of a respective drive, for further transporting the pallets (1, 2). The aim of the invention is to improve such a device such that, when the individual pallets are not being used, they are folded up, or placed one on top of the other. To this end, the drives (20) of the transport frames (7) of the supply conveyor (Z) and the discharge conveyor (A) can be adjusted to the same transport frame modular dimension, or a transport frame modular dimension in a ratio of 2:1, and an attachment (4, 4.1) for increasing the size of the receiving surface for a pallet (1, 2) can be provided on the transport frame (7) of the discharge conveyor (A), in the region thereof adjacent to the shaking station (R), said attachment comprising a receiving surface approximately aligned with the surface of the shaking table.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de transport et de secouage de blocs (3), notamment de blocs de pierre, supportés sur des palettes (1, 2) ou des corps de support analogues, lequel dispositif comprend une station de secouage (R) présentant une table vibrante (18), un convoyeur d'alimentation (Z), placé en amont de la station de secouage (R) dans le sens de transport (T) des blocs, et un convoyeur d'évacuation (A), placé en aval de la station de secouage (R) dans le sens de transport (T) des blocs (3), le convoyeur d'alimentation (Z) et le convoyeur d'évacuation (A) présentant chacun un châssis de transport (7) relevable et abaissable, pouvant être animé d'un mouvement translatoire de va-et-vient par le biais d'un système d'entraînement respectif et destiné à faire avancer les palettes (1, 2). L'objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer ledit dispositif de sorte que, lorsque des palettes individuelles ne sont pas utilisées, ces dernières peuvent être doublées (superposées). A cet effet, les systèmes d'entraînement (20) du châssis de transport (7) du convoyeur d'alimentation (Z) et du convoyeur d'évacuation (A) peuvent être réglés sur une même dimension modulaire de châssis de transport ou une dimension modulaire de châssis de transport dans le rapport 2:1 et un élément rapporté (4, 4.1) augmentant la surface de dépôt pour une palette (1, 2) peut être prévu au niveau du châssis de transport (7) du convoyeur d'évacuation (A) dans sa zone adjacente à la station de secouage (R), lequel élément présente une surface de dépôt au moins approximativement alignée avec la surface de la table vibrante.
