The invention concerns a device for treating a material in a housing chamber, by means of working elements arranged on a shaft (1) enclosed with a packing box (3, 4). The packing box comprises at least a sealing casing (4) which presses on at least a compression packing (4). The invention is characterized in that the sealing casing (4) can be pushed against the compression packing (3) parallel to the axis of the shaft (1) with adjustable pressure.
L'invention concerne un dispositif servant au traitement d'une matière dans une chambre d'un carter, au moyen d'éléments de travail qui sont placés sur un arbre (1) entouré d'un presse-étoupe (3, 4). Le presse-étoupe comprend au moins un boîtier d'étanchéité (4) qui appuie sur au moins un bourrage d'étanchéité (3). Selon l'invention, l'élément d'étanchéité (4) peut être poussé contre le bourrage d'étanchéité (3) parallèlement à l'axe de l'arbre (1) par une pression réglable.
