This device (1) comprises two parallel rollers (20) which are used to work the skin (3) and which are mounted in a casing (10) so as to rotate about their respective axis (X-X). To treat the skin by aspiration in a reliable and effective manner, without using excessive vacuum levels, at least one of the rollers is hollow and delimits transverse aspiration passages (64). These passages each have an outer end (641), which opens out on the periphery (20A) of the roller, and an inner end (642) which, at least when the outer end is directed towards the skin, is designed to be connected to a vacuum source via a control means (22) inside the roller. These passages are distributed about the periphery of the roller in such a way that, for each position of the roller about its axis, at least one of the passages has its outer end directed towards the skin and has its inner end in fluidic communication, via the control means, with the inner end of at least one other of the passages, of which the outer end opens out in a free volume (18, 62) defined inside the casing.
Ce dispositif (1) comporte deux rouleaux parallèles (20) de travail de la peau (3), montés dans un boîtier (10) de manière rotative autour de leur axe respectif (X-X). Pour traiter par aspiration la peau de manière fiable et efficace, sans recourir à des niveaux de vide excessifs, au moins l'un des rouleaux est creux et délimite des passages d'aspiration transversaux (64). Ces passages ont chacun une extrémité extérieure (641), qui débouche sur la périphérie (20A) du rouleau, et une extrémité intérieure (642) qui est adaptée, au moins lorsque l'extrémité extérieure est dirigée vers la peau, pour être raccordée à une source de vide par un moyen de commande (22) intérieur au rouleau. Ces passages sont répartis suivant la périphérie du rouleau de manière que, pour chaque position du rouleau autour de son axe, au moins l'un des passages a son extrémité extérieure dirigée vers la peau et a son extrémité intérieure mise en communication fluidique par le moyen de commande avec l'extrémité intérieure d'au moins un autre des passages, dont l'extrémité extérieure débouche dans un volume libre (18, 62) défini à l'intérieur du boîtier.
