This device (1) comprises, on the one hand, a casing (10) defining a treatment chamber (40) which opens onto the skin and is designed to be connected to a vacuum source and, on the other hand, elements (241 and 242) which work the skin and which are mounted movably in the casing with sliding contact against associated walls (281, 282) of the casing. To pinch the skin reliably and effectively, while allowing the device to be moved easily and with precision along areas of skin that are awkward to treat, such as highly curved areas, each working element is displaceable relative to the casing both in rotation (R) on itself about a central axis (Z1-Z1, Z2-Z2) of the element and also in translation (T) along this axis against the associated wall.
Ce dispositif (1) comporte, d'une part, un boîtier (10) définissant une chambre de traitement (40) ouverte sur la peau et adaptée pour être reliée à une source de vide, et, d'autre part, des éléments de travail de la peau (241 et 242), montés mobiles dans le boîtier en contact glissant contre des parois de boîtier associées (281, 282). Pour pincer la peau de manière fiable et efficace, tout en permettant au dispositif d'être facile et précis à déplacer le long de zones cutanées délicates à traiter, telles que des zones à forte courbure, chaque élément de travail est déplaçable par rapport au boîtier, à la fois, en rotation (R) sur lui-même autour d'un axe central (Z1-Z1, Z2-Z2) de l'élément et en translation (T) selon cet axe contre la paroi associée.
