The present invention concerns a device for testing resistance in microorganisms present in e.g. urine. The device comprises a cylindric container (1) fitted with a spout (3) of a considerably lesser diameter and a plunger (2) making a tight seal against the wall of the container (1), having a radially extending gasket (6) and being partly coated with nutrients for growing microorganisms, the coated part being arranged at the front part of the plunger (2) and comprising at least three angularly arranged test laminate (4A, 4B, 4C), at least one of which is coated with nutrients and antibiotics of different kinds and concentrations. The lower end surface (Ä) of the container (1) is conically shaped with a peak turning into the spout (3) preventing urine from remaining on the surface (Ä) when the container (1) is emptied after the laminae (4A, 4B, 4C) have been wetted with urine and before the device is incubated.

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'analyser la résistance de micro-organismes présents, par exemple, dans l'urine. Le dispositif comprend un contenant cylindrique (1) équipé d'une busette de coulée (3) de diamètre nettement inférieure à celui du contenant cylindrique, et d'un piston (2) qui forme un joint étanche contre la paroi du contenant (1), qui est doté d'un joint statique (6) s'étendant radialement et qui est partiellement recouvert de matières nutritives destinées aux micro-organismes. La partie recouverte, située sur la partie frontale du piston (2), comporte au moins trois lamelles disposées de façon angulaire (4A, 4B, 4C), l'une d'elles au moins étant recouverte d'éléments nutritifs et d'antibiotiques de différentes sortes et de différentes concentrations. La surface terminale (A) inférieure du contenant (1) a une forme conique et possède un sommet où la partie conique se transforme en busette (3) empêchant l'urine de rester sur la surface (A) quand le contenant (1) est vidé une fois les lamelles (4A, 4B, 4C) mouillées d'urine et avant incubation du dispositif.
