The present invention relates to a device for use in a method for the galvanic production of a protective layer featuring hard material particles on a component of a turbomachine, particularly a blade tip armoring of a blade tip of a rotor blade, wherein the device (10) comprises a pouch-, bag- or sack-like receiving device (12) for receiving the hard material particles (14) and is made of a net-, screen- or non-woven- like material that is pervious to an electrochemical coating solution and has a mesh size smaller than the diameter of the hard material particles (14), and wherein the receiving device (12) is designed such that it can be removably attached with an opening (16) over and around a region of the component to be coated. The invention further relates to a method for the galvanic production of a protective layer featuring hard material particles on a component of a turbomachine, particularly a blade tip armoring of a blade tip of a rotor blade, using a pouch-, bag- or sack-like receiving device (12) filled with hard material particles (14).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif à utiliser dans un procédé de fabrication galvanique d'une couche de protection comportant des particules de matière dure, sur une pièce de turbomachine, en particulier une plaque d'usure de la pointe d'une aube de rotor. Le dispositif (10) comporte un système de recueil du type sachet, pochette ou sac (12) servant à recueillir les particules de matière dure (14) et est constitué d'un matériau réticulé, perforé ou en tissu non tissé, perméable à une solution de revêtement électrochimique et présentant un maillage plus fin que le diamètre des particules de matière dure (14). Le système de recueil (12) est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être monté de manière amovible, avec une ouverture (16) au-dessus et autour d'une zone à enduire de la pièce. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication galvanique d'une couche de protection comportant des particules de matière dure sur une pièce de turbomachine, en particulier une plaque d'usure de la pointe d'une aube de rotor, avec utilisation d'un système de recueil du type sachet, pochette ou sac (12) rempli de particules de matière dure (14).
