2026210 9008522 PCTABS00001 A condom (2) is packed in an envelope (1) in rolled-up state. When it is to be used the envelope (1) is broken into two parts (3 and 4), after which the condom is rolled on with the aid of the fingers. This is sometimes troublesome. Two tapes (5 and 6) are located diametrically opposite each other and attached to the open edge (11) of the condom (2). The other ends (7 and 8) of the tapes are attached to the envelope (1) so that when the envelope (1) is opened they will be attached one in each part (3 and 4, respectively) of the envelope. When the condom is to be used, the user grips the two ends (7 and 8) with his fingers and pulls, thus effectively applying the condom (2).
