The present invention refers to a device in connection with an in-haler intended for measuring and recording the course of inhalation of a patient. The device is intended for use in medication, e.g. in clinical tests, where there is a need of afterwards being able to control if the patient has taken medicine in a prescribed way. The device comprises an electronical unit provided in the inhaler for recording of the time for each dosage of the medicine of the inhaler. A detector (16, 32, 36) is provided in the inhaler in connection with a passage for the airflow of the inhalation, whereby the detector detects the airflow of the inhalation through the inhaler as well as the availability of the medecine at the inhalation, so that a combination of these two detected values decides if and how the performed inhalation should be recorded in the electronical unit (11, 33, 35).

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour inhalateur, destiné à mesurer et à enregistrer l'inhalation d'un patient. Ledit dispositifest destiné à une utilisation dans des médications par exemple dans des tests cliniques, dans lesquels il est nécessaire de pouvoir procéder à un contrôle a posteriori, afin de savoir si le patient a pris des médicaments selon la prescription établie. Ledit dispositif comprend une unité électronique, disposée dans ledit inhalateur, permettant d'enregistrer le temps de chaque posologie des médicaments dudit inhalateur. On a prévu un détecteur (16, 32, 36) dans ledit inhalateur, disposé dans un passage d'écoulement d'air de l'inhalation, ledit détecteur détectant l'écoulement d'air de l'inhalation dans ledit inhalateur, ainsi que la quantité de médicament disponible lors de l'inhalation, de sorte qu'une combinaison de ces deux valeurs détectées détermine si et comment l'inhalation effectuée, doit être enregistrée dans ladite unité électronique (11, 33, 35).
