The invention relates to a device in the form of a washing machine (2) for cleaning machine parts that are soiled with oil or fat. Said washing machine comprises a housing (3)/(4) that can be closed with a lid and that houses a basket for receiving the soiled parts. A spray nozzle system supplied with especially hot cleaning liquid is disposed inside the housing and acts upon the parts to be cleaned that are stored in the basket. For conditioning the cleaning liquid, the device (1) interacts with a bioreactor (5). The invention is characterized in that the cleaning liquid circulates in a closed circuit between the device (1) and the bioreactor (5) via a discharge line (6) and a supply line (7). Inside the discharge line (6) means (8, 9) are provided for regulating the temperature of the cleaning liquid for the bioreactor (5).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage de pièces de machine encrassées d'huile ou de graisse de type machine à laver (2). Ce dispositif comprend un boîtier (3)/(4) pouvant être fermé par un couvercle et dans lequel se trouve un panier destiné à recevoir les pièces encrassées. Un système à buses de pulvérisation qui est situé dans le boîtier alimenté notamment en liquide de nettoyage chaud, agit sur les pièces à nettoyer déposées dans le panier. Ce dispositif (1) coopère avec un bioréacteur (5) pour la préparation du liquide de nettoyage, le liquide de nettoyage circulant par une conduite d'évacuation (6) et une conduite d'arrivée (7) entre le dispositif (1) et le bioréacteur (5) dans un circuit fermé. Des moyens (8, 9), situés notamment dans la conduite d'évacuation (6), permettent de réguler la température du liquide de nettoyage destiné au bioréacteur (5).
