The present invention relates to a device which comprises three elements superposed among them, one as a fixed base, with a quadrant of twenty four hours on which an indicator cursor is central and rotatively applied, as the hand of a clock with respect to this quadrant, and that is provided of an own sectional quadrant which limits the mentioned periods with which an index of the third element is operatively associated, build under the shape of a dial, and also central an rotatively applied with respect to the others and provided of complementary indicators directly associated to the quadrant of twenty four hours through cooperative holes of the body of the cursor.
