For ultrasonic preparation of hard or soft tissues or of tissue replacement material a apparatus is proposed comprising a hand piece (10), which includes an ultra- sonic vibration generator (16), an ultrasonics deflecting head (28) as well as a tool (36) carried by the output member of the deflecting head. An abrasive treatment medium (48) is supplied to the working region defined between the tool (36) and the material (66) to be pre- pared. Thus even in places, which are difficult to access, cavities can be produced in dental or bone tissue in a gentle and precise manner.
Un dispositif de préparation aux ultrasons de tissus durs ou mous ainsi que de matériaux de remplacement de tissus comprend une pièce à main (10) avec un générateur (16) de vibrations ultrasoniques, une tête (28) de déviation d'ultrasons et un outil (30) porté sur la partie de sortie de la pièce à main. Un milieu abrasif de traitement (48) est fourni à la zone de contact entre l'outil (30) et le matériau à préparer (66). On peut ainsi générer des cavités dans des tissus dentaires ou osseux avec ménagement et de manière précise, même à des endroits d'accès difficile.
