FORM 24 (ss. 21, 31, 34 and 142) A DEVICE TO PLAY INDOOR GAMES USING MULTICOLORED PIECES ABSTRACT This invention is a game which can be played by one or two persons. It consists of a square board like that of chess, of the size 4 by 4 ( or 6 by 6 ), and 15 ( or 35 ) square chips. Each chip is made up of four distinctly colored triangles. Each square of the board holds exactly one chip. The chips are always placed on the board such that adjacent chips will have the same color in the common boundary. In the single-person game, the player has to arrange the chips on the board satisfying certain conditions. These arrangements vary in difficulty, and are thought provoking. In the two-person game, players alternately place chips on the board, one at a time. The loser is the one who could not place any chip. As in chess, this game has enormous possibilitis and requires stragetic thinking. A different rule for winning is given and entirely new strategies are needed to play this game. The challenge posed by these games are due to the careful selection of the board size, number of chips, their color arrangements, and the game requirements.
