The carriage (1) which serves to hold a panel (4), in particular a glass panel, comprises at least one running element (12) such as a magnet (1200), a wheel (12) and / or a sliding element (120) which is held by at least one corresponding magnetic element (1201) or supported on a running surface (3111) of an at least approximately U-profile or L-profile-shaped rail (3) which comprises a central part (32) and one or two lateral parts (31a, 31b), possibly with a foot element (311), on the upper side of which the running surface (3111) is provided.
