- 15 - Abstract A device of the invention has several saw tooth type oscillators, each having a synchronization unit and a pulse distribution or emitter unit allocated to it. Each oscillator has two outputs, one constituting an open collector point. The synchronization units each have two diodes connected at opposite terminals, as well as a transistor connected as an amplifier. One of the output terminals is in each case connected to an open collector point, the other output terminal is either free or connected via a line to the relevant output terminals of the other synchronization units. If an output terminal is free, then the allocated oscillator oscillates freely. If the output terminal is connected to the line, however, then the allocated oscillators oscillate in synchronization. The arrangement serves to synchronize the inverters, which pump the current from solar cells into a battery with constantly maximum efficiency.
