The invention relates to a device with at least one surface layer (1) comprising a semiconductor material (4) with an inner side (15) lying on a carrier (3) and a disinfectable and/or oxidizable outer side (2) as well as a UV radiation source (6), wherein the holder (3) is light-conductive and UV radiation (13) from the UV radiation source is directly coupled into the inner side (15) of the semiconductor material (4) via the light-conducting carriers (3). The light conducting carriers (3) and the semiconductor material (2) surface layer (1) located thereon can be applied on the surface of an apparatus to be disinfected or can even form the surface thereof.
L'invention concerne un dispositif comportant au moins une couche superficielle (1) constituée d'un matériau semiconducteur (4), présentant une face intérieure (15), qui repose sur un support (13), et une face extérieure (2) pouvant être désinfectée et/ou oxydante, ainsi qu'une source de rayon U.V. (6). Le support (3) est photoconducteur et les rayons U.V. (13) partant de la source de rayon U.V. (6) sont injectés directement dans la face intérieure (15) du matériau semiconducteur (4), par l'intermédiaire du support photoconducteur (3). Le support (3) photoconducteur et la couche superficielle en matériau semiconducteur (4) reposant sur celui-ci peuvent être appliqués sur la surface d'un appareil à désinfecter, voire constituer cette surface.
