There is disclosed a device for imaging radionuclide emissions comprising: a charge coupled device or CMOS active pixel sensor device; and a scintillator layer in direct contact with the charge coupled device or CMOS active pixel sensor device; in which the thickness of the scintillator layer is greater than 200 ~m, preferably greater than 400 ~m, most preferably about 500 ~m.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de produire des images d'émissions de radionucléides et comprenant: un dispositif à couplage de charges ou un dispositif de détection de pixels actifs CMOS; et une couche de scintillateur en contact direct avec le dispositif à couplage de charges ou le dispositif de détection de pixels actifs CMOS; l'épaisseur de la couche de scintillateur étant supérieure à 200 µm, de préférence supérieure à 400 µm, idéalement à environ 500 µm.
