The present invention relates to a device for dewatering material suspensions. It comprises two cylindric rotary rolls (1) where at least one of the rolls (1) is liquid permeable. The rolls (1) form between themselves a nip (2), through which the material is intended to pass downward from above while being dewatered at the same time. The invention has the object to solve the problems of pressed-out liquid (filtrate) re-wetting the material. For the liquid permeable roll (1) below the nip (2) at least one abduction surface (20) extending along the entire roll (1) is located along which surface at least parts of the filtrate are intended to run. The filtrate is led into a gill (17), which extends along the entire length of the roll (1) and comprises a liquid inlet (18) and a return flow protection (19).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à déshydrater des suspensions de matériau, comportant deux rouleaux rotatifs cylindriques (1), au moins un de ces rouleaux étant perméable aux liquides. Un espace (2) est formé entre les rouleaux (1), le matériau étant destiné à passer au travers de cet espace du haut vers le bas tout en étant simultanément déshydraté. Ladite invention vise à résoudre le problème se posant lorsque le liquide extrait (filtrat) réhumidifie le matériau. Le rouleau perméable aux liquides (1) comporte, en dessous de l'espace (2), au moins une surface d'abduction (20) s'étendant sur l'ensemble du rouleau (1), située le long de la surface parcourue par une partie au moins du filtrat. Le filtrat est guidé dans une ouïe (17) s'étendant sur l'ensemble du rouleau (1) et comportant une entrée de liquide (18) ainsi qu'une protection antiretour (19).
