The invention concerns dextran derivatives, their applications as medicines with specific biological action, and their preparation method. Said derivatives correspond to the general formula DMC¿a?B¿b?SU¿c?S¿d?, in which: D represents a polysaccharide chain, preferably consisting of sequences of glucoside units, MC represents methylcarboxylate groups, B represents carboxymethylbenzylamide groups, Su represents sulphate groups, S represents sulphonate groups, <u>a</u>, <u>b</u>, <u>c</u> and <u>d</u> represent the degree of substitution (ds), respectively in groups MC, B, Su and S; <u>a</u> being equal to 0 or ?0.3, <u>b</u> being equal to 0 or ?0.1, <u>c</u> being equal to 0 or ?0.1 and <u>d</u> being equal to 0 or ?0.15, provided that when d=0, <u>a</u> and/or <u>b</u> are not equal to 0, said products having homogeneity of chain size distribution, illustrated by a gaussian elution profile symmetrical in high performance steric exclusion chromatography, and homogeneity in the distribution of charged chemical groups, illustrated by an elution profile with a single symmetrical peak in low pressure ion-exchange chromatography.
Dérivés de dextrane, leurs applications comme médicaments à action biologique spécifique, ainsi que leur procédé de préparation. Ces dérivés présentent la formule générale DMC a B b SU c S d, dans laquelle: D représente une chaîne polysaccharidique, de préférence constituée par des enchaînements d'unités glucosidiques, MC représente des groupes méthylcarboxylates, B représente des groupes carboxyméthylbenzylamides, Su représente des groupes sulfates, S représente des groupes sulfonates, a, b, c et d représentent le degré de substitution (ds), respectivement en groupements MC, B, Su et S; a étant égal à 0 ou >= à 0,3, b étant égal à 0 ou >= à 0,1, c étant égal à 0 ou >= à 0,1 et d étant égal à 0 ou <= 0,15, à condition que lorsque d=0, a et/ou b sont .noteq. 0, lesquels produits présentent une homogénéité de la distribution des tailles de chaînes, illustrée par un profil d'élution de type gaussien symétrique en chromatographie d'exclusion stérique haute performance et une homogénéité de la distribution des groupements chimiques chargés, illustrée par un profil d'élution à un seul pic symétrique en chromatographie d'échange d'ions basse pression.
