Dextrane esters with a mol mass of 10,000 to 10,000,000 and ester side chains derived from acids with 6 to 18 C atoms, in which the degree of esterification is adjusted depending on the number of C atoms in the side chains and the mol mass to a value of 0.04 to 1.1 in such a way that the dextrane esters are insoluble in water at room temperature and are decomposed by large intestine bacteria, and their use for encasing and/or encapsulating active medical substances or medicament preparations.
L'invention concerne des esters de dextrane ayant une masse molaire comprise entre 10.000 et 10.000.000 et des chaînes latérales ester, dérivées d'acides ayant entre 6 et 18 atomes de C. Le degré d'estérification est ajusté, en fonction du nombre d'atomes de C des chaînes latérales et de la masse molaire, à une valeur comprise entre 0,04 et 1,1, de manière à ce que les esters de dextrane soient insolubles dans l'eau à température ambiante et soient décomposés par les bactéries du gros intestin. L'invention concerne en outre leur utilisation pour enrober et/ou encapsuler des principes actifs médicinaux ou des préparations médicamenteuses.
