The present invention relates to methods and compositions for monitoring, diagnosis, prognosis, and determination of treatment regimens in subjects suffering from or suspected of having a renal injury. In particular, the invention relates to using assays that detect one or more markers selected from the group consisting of soluble Advanced glycosylation end product- specific receptor, Bactericidal permeability-increasing protein, Interleukin 12, Fibroblast growth factor 23, Vitamin K-dependent protein C, and Intestinal fatty acid-binding protein as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers in renal injuries.
La présente invention concerne des procédés et compositions permettant de surveiller, de diagnostiquer, de pronostiquer et de définir un schéma thérapeutique pour des sujets chez qui on a constaté ou on soupçonne une lésion rénale. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement des dosages permettant de détecter un ou plusieurs marqueurs choisis dans le groupe constitué du récepteur spécifique du produit final soluble de glycosylation avancée, de la protéine bactéricide accroissant la perméabilité, de l'interleukine 12, du facteur de croissance 23 du fibroblaste, de la protéine C dépendant de la vitamine K, et de la protéine se liant aux acides gras de l'intestin, qui constituent autant de biomarqueurs de diagnostic et de pronostic de lésions rénales.
