A skin test was developed to determine the immune status with regard to viral proteins E6 and E7 from the human papillomavirus. For that purpose, a diagnostic kit is provided which contains an active amount or at least an immunologically active fraction of the proteins E6 and/or E7. Said test consists in intracutaneaous application of the protein E6/E7 and visual examination of the skin portion concerned in an attempt for detecting red spots.
Un test cutané a été mis au point pour déterminer l'état immunitaire concernant les protéines virales E6 et E7 du papillomavirus humain. Pour ce test cutané est prévue une trousse diagnostique contenant une quantité active ou du moins une fraction immunologiquement active de la protéine E6 et/ou E7. Le test cutané consiste à appliquer la protéine E6/E7 en mode intracutané et à examiner visuellement la partie de peau concernée pour y relever des rougeurs.
