The invention relates to a diagnosis kit, a microarray and a method for determining human detoxification capacity. Said diagnosis kit contains at least one pair of oligonucleotides (reverse primer, forward primer), the two oligonucleotides of a pair being suitable for use as primers for amplifying one of the two complementary strands of a DNA segment that is sought by means of polymerase chain reaction, respectively and the DNA segment that is sought coding for at least one part of an enzyme of the animal detoxification metabolism.

L'invention concerne un kit de diagnostic, un jeu ordonné d'échantillons et un procédé permettant de déterminer l'aptitude humaine à la désintoxication. Le kit de diagnostic contient au moins une paire d'oligonucléotides (amorce inverse, amorce en avant), les deux oligo-nucléotides d'une paire convenant comme amorce aux fins d'amplification par une réaction en chaîne de la polymérase respectivement d'un des deux brins complémentaires d'un segment DNS recherché et le segment DNS recherché codant au moins une partie d'un enzyme du métabolisme de désintoxication animal.
