Certain proteins (1A, 1B, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 4B) are present in spots on 2D-PAGE run on protein extracted from epithelial colorectal tumour tissue from patients suffering from colorectal cancer, but are present at a lower intensity or absent in 2D-PAGE run on corresponding normal tissue. These proteins and antibodies thereto are useful in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.

Certaines protéines (1A, 1B, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 4B) sont présentes dans des spots révélés par une électrophorèse en gel de polyacrylamide bidimentionnelle réalisée sur une protéine extraite d'un tissu épithélial cancéreux prélevé chez un patient atteint du cancer colorectal, mais sont peu présentes, voire inexistantes, sur une électrophorèse en gel de polyacrylamide bidimentionnelle réalisée sur un tissu normal correspondant. Lesdites protéines et les anticorps qui leurs sont associés conviennent pour le dépistage du cancer colorectal.
