Diagnostic and prognostic assistance device for physiopathological tissue changes. It comprises a coherent light source (13) for emitting coherent light along a first direction (X), for the purpose of illuminating a biological tissue (16) in first and second areas thereof, the first area being sound and the second area liable to include changes, the tissue thus illuminated generating a speckle phenomenon, means (14) for observing the speckle field in a second direction (Y) and for acquiring the speckle, and means (18) for varying the angle between the first and second directions, in order to observe the speckle field at different angles, so as to acquire information about the tissue at various depths in this tissue.
Dispositif d'aide au diagnostic et pronostic de modifications physiopathologiques des tissus. Il comprend une source de lumière cohérente (13) pour émettre une lumière cohérente suivant une première direction (X), en vue d'illuminer un tissu biologique (16) dans des première et deuxième zones de celui-ci, la première zone étant saine et la deuxième zone étant susceptible de comporter des modifications, le tissu ainsi illuminé engendrant un phénomène de speckle, des moyens (14) pour observer le champ du speckle suivant une deuxième direction (Y) et acquérir le speckle, des moyens (18) de variation de l'angle entre les première et deuxième directions, pour observer le champ du speckle sous des angles différents, afin d'acquérir des informations sur le tissu à différentes profondeurs de ce tissu.
