This invention concerns a diagnostic system made of: a transformed microorganism capable of an increased reporter activity, upon exposure to an environmental insult, said microorganism having a stress inducible promoter se-quence being operatively linked to a reporter encoding nu-cleic acid sequence encoding a reporter molecule resulting in a signal that can be assayed, and of a transformed mi-croorganism having a constitutive and non stress inducible promoter sequence being operatively linked to a reporter encoding nucleic acid sequence encoding a reporter mol-ecule resulting in a signal that can be assayed.
Cette invention se rapporte à un système de diagnostic constitué par: un micro-organisme transformé capable de déployer une activité de marqueur accrue lors de son exposition à l'agression d'un milieu ambiant, ce micro-organisme comportant une séquence promoteur induisible par stresse qui est reliée en mode opérationnelle à une séquence d'acide nucléique de codage de marqueur, qui code une molécule marqueur, ce qui entraîne la production d'un signal pouvant être analysé; et un micro-organisme transformé comportant une séquence marqueur constitutive et non induisible par stress, qui est reliée en mode opérationnelle à une séquence d'acide nucléique de codage de marqueur, qui code une molécule marqueur, ce qui entraîne la production d'un signal pouvant être analysé.
