The present invention concerns a diagnostic test carrier for the determination of an analyte from whole blood with the aid of a reagent system contained in the carrier which includes a colour forming reagent with a test field which has a sample application side onto which the blood sample is applied and a detection side on which an optically detectable change takes place as a result of the reaction of analyte with the reagent system and which is constructed in such a way that erythrocytes present in the sample do not reach the detection side, which is characterized in that the test field comprises a transparent foil onto which a first and a second film layer are applied on top of one another and wherein the first layer located on the transparent foil scatters light considerably less in a wet state than the overlying second layer and wherein the side of the foil on which the first layer is applied which is opposite to the foil side is the detection side and the side of the second layer which is opposite to the side with which the second layer rests on the first is the sample application side. In addition the invention concerns a method for the determination of an analyte from whole blood with the aid of a diagnostic test carrier according to the invention.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif porte-test pour diagnostic servant au dosage d'un analyte provenant du sang entier à l'aide d'un système de réactifs contenu dans le dispositif porte-test qui comprend un réactif chromogène et une zone d'essai qui comporte un côté pour l'application de l'échantillon sur lequel l'échantillon de sang est déposé et un côté pour la détection dans lequel une modification détectable par une méthode optique survient par suite de la réaction de l'analyte avec le système de réactifs; le dispositif est conçu de telle manière que les érythrocytes présents dans l'échantillon ne peuvent atteindre le côté de détection; il est caractérisé par le fait que la zone d'essai comprend une feuille transparente sur laquelle sont superposées une première et une seconde couche pelliculaire; la première couche située sur la feuille transparente diffuse la lumière beaucoup moins à l'état mouillé que ne le fait la seconde couche susjacente; le côté de la feuille sur lequel la première couche est appliquée et qui est opposé au côté de la feuille constitue le côté de détection et le côté de la seconde couche qui est opposé au côté sur lequel la seconde couche repose sur la première est le côté pour l'application de l'échantillon. L'invention concerne une méthode pour le dosage d'un analyte provenant du sang entier à l'aide d'un dispositif porte-test pour diagnostic conformément à l'invention.
