The invention relates to a dialysis device (1) comprising a dialysate circuit, which contains a first dialyzer (3) and a second dialyzer (5), wherein the first dialyzer (3) can be connected to a blood circuit of a patient by means of a blood feed (11) and a return (13), a drain for a retentate flow (Q effluent) from the dialysate circuit is provided at the second dialyzer (5), and a diffusate flow (Q out) of the second dialyzer (5) in the dialysate circuit is conducted to the first dialyzer (3). The second dialyzer (5) comprises a filter membrane having a cut-off value of at least 500 Da, and the first dialyzer (3) comprises a filter membrane having a higher cut-off value than the second dialyzer (5).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de dialyse (1) dont le circuit de dialyse comporte un premier dialyseur (3) et un second dialyseur (5). Le premier dialyseur (3), qui se branche sur le circuit sanguin du patient par l'intermédiaire d'un conduit d'amenée de sang (11) et d'un conduit de retour de sang (13), comporte une dérivation destinée à un flux de rétentat (Qeffluent) partant du circuit de dialyse et aboutissant au second dialyseur (5), un flux de perméat (Qout) partant du second dialyseur (5) du circuit de dialyse aboutissant au premier dialyseur (3). À cet effet, le second dialyseur (5) présente une membrane filtrante dont le seuil de coupure est d'au moins 500 Da, alors que le premier dialyseur (3) présente une membrane filtrante dont le seuil de coupure est supérieur à celui du second dialyseur (5).
