Disclosed are novel diaminothiazoles of formula I that are selective inhibitors of Cdk4. These compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters are anti-proliferative agents useful in the treatment or control of solid tumors, in particular breast, colon, lung and prostate tumors. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds as well as intermediates useful in the preparation of the compounds.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles diaminothiazoles qui sont des inhibiteurs sélectifs de Cdk4. Ces composés et les sels et esters de ceux ci répondant aux normes pharmaceutiques sont des agents antiprolifération qui conviennent pour le traitement des tumeurs solides ou la lutte contre celles-ci, en particulier des tumeurs du sein, du colon, du poumon et de la prostate. Cette invention concerne aussi des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés ainsi que des intermédiaires qui interviennent dans la préparation de ces composés.
