This invention relates to a diaper device wherein a layer (1) engaging the user is provided with an opening and that at said layer (1) is arranged an outer layer enclosing at least one absorption body (5) wherein a layer covering the absorption body has at least one opening facing the user. The novelty lies therein that at least one absorption body enclosing layer (22) is part of a container (2) which is closed besides this one opening (25) connected to the opening (15) in the layer (1) engaging the user, that the container has soft flexible wall portions (21) connecting its at least one absorption body enclosing outer layer with the layer engaging the user and that the wall portions are so adapted that in used position the volume of the container essentially exceeds the absorption body volume meaning that the absorption body is situated at a distance from the opening or openings.

La présente invention concerne une couche hygiénique dans laquelle une couche (1), qui est au contact de l'utilisateur, comporte une ouverture, et une couche extérieure est placée sur cette couche (1) et renferme au moins un corps absorbant (5). Une couche de couverture du corps absorbant comporte au moins une ouverture dirigée vers l'utilisateur. La nouveauté de la présente invention réside dans le fait qu'au moins une couche (22) enveloppant le corps absorbant fait partie d'un récipient (2) qui est fermé à l'exception de cette ouverture (25) reliée à l'ouverture (15) de la couche (1) qui est au contact de l'utilisateur, que le récipient a des parois (21) souples et douces, qui relient sa couche extérieure, qui enveloppe au moins un corps absorbant, à la couche constitutive qui est au contact de l'utilisateur, et que les parois sont conçues de telle manière que, durant l'utilisation, le volume du récipient soit fortement supérieur à celui du corps absorbant, ce qui signifie que le corps absorbant est situé à une certaine distance de la ou des ouvertures.
