Dice in dice games are capable of being tossed or rolled to reveal variations of values, to use in adherence to specific dice-game--rules, with many objectives In each of any given game. There are many arrangements of values to attain, in each of any game that uses a die or combination of dice. This Dice-Toy-Game has en-cased-dice in rotating-dice-chambers, suspended by a support-rod, that is situated through each of a series of support-base-columns, by means of access-holes, giving the purpose of even distribution of weight and proper spacing. When the rotating-dice-chambers are caused by a player to spin, the chambers will rotate on the support--rod and upon stopping, will reveal a value on the dice inside the rotating -dice-chamber cavity. The couinterweight constructed in the lower-rotating-dice-chamber will cause the chamber to continually stop, with the dice in view through the transparent semi- shere-like-dome, cavity side upward. Values are then collected by using the values on the top-most side of the dice. These values can then be applied accordingly, to the values in the game-rules of any game being played.
