DIE CASTING MACHINE Abstract of the Disclosure A die casting machine has a frame with a base plate pivotally mounted thereon and supporting a furnace pot. A die assembly is mounted on the front face of the base plate and a double locking toggle arrangement is used to open and close the dies. The gooseneck assembly is mounted for linear movement to actuate the nozzle onto the die parting line.
