Abstract FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to ventilation systems and more particularly to such systems as are used in industrial settings to exhaust harmful or unwanted gases present in confined space prior to commencement of repair or maintenance work, hereafter called shutdowns; or to exhaust harmful or unwanted gasses generated during shutdowns being performed in said confined space and more particularly to said conditions and work as elates to a continuous Kraft-pulp digester. The present invention also relates to utility systems and more particularly to such systems as are used in industrial settings to organize and deliver welding cables, compressed air lines, power cords, oxyacetylene lines, fresh air lines, etc., hereafter called utilities, in such a manner that egress of workers and materials is enhanced during the occurrence of a shutdown in a confined space and more particularly to said condition as relates to a continuous Kraft-pulp digester.
