ABSTRACT There are many types of digital alarm timepieces having a plurality of alarm time counters and actual time counters: however, none are available which produce a sound during operation of the time-set or correction switching means. The timepiece of the invention includes alarm- time and actual-time counters and manually-operable switches for selecting, correcting or resetting the contents of a particular counter. The counters are driven by time standard signals and a coincidence circuit detects when the contents of the circuits coincide. When coincidence is detected, an audible alarm is sounded. Whenever a correcting or resetting signal is applied to an input of one of the counters or whenever a switch is operated to select the desired counter to be reset or corrected, an actuating signal is applied to the alarm, thus acknowledging to the user that the switching operations are being registered and are activating the timepiece in the intended manner.
