Digital phase shifter, comprising series connection of controlled phase shifting bits (3a - 3k), each of them inserts determinate amount of phase delay of the passing signal, wherein the phase change occur in response to the control signal switching the phase cells 3k and applied to its steering terminal 4k for a switching element (11, 21, 22, 31, 32) of each of the cells 3, characterized in applying as a switching element (11,21,22,31,32) the discrete p-HEMT (pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors) with positive or negative pinch-off voltage.

L'invention concerne un déphaseur numérique comprenant un montage en série de bits de décalage de phase commandés (3a - 3k), chacun de ces bits introduisant une quantité déterminée de retard de phase de signal passant. Un changement de phase se produit en réponse à un signal de commande commutant des cellules de phase (3k) et s'applique à une borne d'orientation (4k) destinée à un élément de commutation (11, 21, 22, 31, 32) de chacune des cellules (3). Ledit déphaseur numérique est caractérisé en qu'il applique un p-HEMT discret (transistors à mobilité électronique hautement pseudomorphe) à une tension positive ou négative réduite comme élément de commutation (11,21,22,31,32).
