DIGITAL SIGNAL GENERATING DEVICE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A digital signal generating device for generating a digital FSK signal or a signal including two mixed frequencies, comprising a ROM which stores sampled data obtained by sampling a sine wave. By switching an extracting step number from one to the other as a read address, a desired FSK signal is obtained. By changing alternate data extracted from the ROM to be "0", the signal having two mixed frequencies is obtained.
