The present invention provides a novel dihydrophenazine derivative represented by general formula (1), wherein R1 is a lower alkyl group or a hydroxy-lower alkyl group, which has antibacterial and bactericidal activities to tubercle bacilli and a wide range of atypical acid-fast bacilli; and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de la dihydrophénazine, représenté par la formule (1). Dans cette formule, R¿1? est un groupe alkyle inférieur, ou un groupe alkyle inférieur-hydroxy, qui présente des activités antibactériennes et bactéricides pour les bacilles de tubercules ainsi qu'une large gamme de bacilles résistants aux acides, atypiques. L'invention traite aussi d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ces derniers.
