O.Z. 0050/42691 Abstract of the Disclosure: Crop protection agents contain dihydropyrans of the formula Image where U is =CH-OR5, =CH-SR5, =CH2, =CH-R5, =CH-Halogen or =N-OR5, A is a single bond or -CHR6-, -(CHR7-CHR6)n, -(CR21=CR20)m- CR7=CR6-, -C=C-, -O-CHR6-, -S-CHR6-, -NR18-CHR6-, -C(=O)-O- CHR6- or -R19C=N-O-CHR6-, B is H or alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, hetaryl, heterocyclyl or cycloalkenyl, each of which is unsubstituted or substituted, R1 is H, O-R8 or unsubstituted or substituted O-aryl, R2 is R9 or unsubstituted or substituted aryl, R3 is R10 or unsubstituted or substituted aryl and, where R1 and R2 are each H, R3 may additionally be -CH(R11)-OR12, -CO2R12, -CO- NR12R13 or -CH(R11)-CH(R14)-B R4 is O-R15, NR16Rl7 or R25, n is 1, 2 or 3 and m is 0 or 1, R5, R8, R12, R13, R15, R18 and R25 are each alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl, each of which is unsubstituted or substituted, R6, R7, R11, R14, R16, R17, R20 and R21 are hydrogen or have the same meanings as R5, R16 and R17 are each hydrogen or unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, R19 is hydrogen, cyano, unsubstituted or substituted alkyl or unsubstituted or substituted cycloalkyl, and R9 and R10 are each hydrogen or alkyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl, each of which is unsubstituted or substituted.
