ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: There is disclosed an improved dimpling machine having a floating punch holder, an interchangeable die assembly mounting block and an interchangeable horn assembly for use with a dimpling machine. The floating punch holder allows axial alignment adjustments to be made between the punch and die of the dimpling machine. The interchangeable die assembly mounting block allows the die assembly to be changed to make minor adjustments in the height of the die and the interchangeable horn assembly allows the die assembly to be adjusted in height over a relatively large distance. Higher precision dimple locks and a more flexible working arrangement are achieved by the invention.
