Representative of the dioxolane or ketal functional organosilicon compounds employed are sym(2,2-dimethyl-4-methyloylpropyl-1,3- dioxolane) disiloxane and sym(2,2-dimethyl-4-methyloylpropyl- 1,3-dioxolane) polydimethylsiloxane.
