Substances of the general formula (I) exhibiting affinity for opioid .delta. receptor; and drugs which contain the substances as the active ingredient and are useful in the prevention and/or treatment of central nervous system diseases and peripheral nerve diseases, wherein X is -CO-N(R5)(R6) or the like; n is 1 to 3; R1 and R2 are each hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, or the like; R3 is hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, or the like; R4 is a saturated or unsaturated mono- or bi-cyclic carbocycle group or the like; and R5 to R12 are each hydrogen, lower alkyl, or the like, or alternatively R3 and R4, R5 and R6, R7 and R8, and R9 and R10 may be each united to form a ring structure.
L'invention porte sur des substances de formule générale (I) présentant une affinité avec le récepteur de l'opioïde .delta.; et sur des médicaments dont ladite substance constitue le principe actif s'avérant utiles pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies du SNC et des nerfs périphériques.
